Bliss Bridal Salon was created with the goal of bringing something fresh and beautiful to the Western New York area.  Our bright and airy salon is in an historic Victorian schoolhouse built in 1868, lovingly restored to create a special place for our brides…where brides have a dream wedding dress shopping experience.

When I went shopping for my bridal gown…

I had a vision of my dream dress and dream wedding.  Social media didn’t exist. I entered a local bridal shop without an APPOINTMENT! “What? No appointment?”

I obediently made an appointment to return. I left the salon feeling chastised and a little disheartened.

With anticipation and excitement, I arrived promptly for my appointment two weeks later. With little introduction, I was ushered into a dressing room and asked to disrobe in front of a complete stranger.

On came the gowns… beautiful, silk, lace, organza. All without labels and tags (sigh). And, as the sign on the wall stated, “NO PICTURES allowed”.

In spite of it all, I did find a dress and it was beautiful. But I left the salon feeling slightly disenchanted. The experience was not at all what I envisioned-there was that “something special” missing.

So… Bliss was born!

My mission for Bliss Bridal is that each and every bride feels welcomed, respected & comfortable. I am so excited to share our amazing collection of wedding gowns in our beautiful new space. This has truly been a labor of love and I cannot wait to help you on your journey.
